DEKO has been manufacturing metal formwork since 1965. Its production unit incorporates the most advanced equipment to offer formwork equipment that meets the strictest quality and safety standards as quickly as possible.
From its factory in Chomérac in the Ardèche, DEKO ships its formwork throughout France and abroad, thanks to a network of responsive distributors run by a team of experienced technical sales staff.

Origins and history
DEKO owes its name to the first syllables of the names of its founders, Marc Devès and Erich Kowalski, who set up the company in 1965. It was in Chomérac, in the Ardèche, on the banks of the Rhône valley, that this adventure combining the metalworking and construction sectors began.
First Steps and Development
Initially, DEKO produced metal accessories such as large wedges and claws, which complemented the first range of wooden plank formwork, later known as tricollé or tri-plis. This new formwork process quickly met with great commercial success.
Growth and innovation
Building on this experience, DEKO extended its range in the 1980s with the introduction of a system consisting of closed steel profiles combined with a plywood form-facing skin. This innovation enabled the company to meet more diverse and complex formwork requirements.
Modernisation and development
Over the years, DEKO has modernised its manufacturing processes and developed its sales network, giving the company a national and international profile. Today, DEKO is recognised for the quality and reliability of its products, which meet the requirements of construction companies of all sizes.

Today, DEKO has succeeded in perpetuating its know-how and expanding and developing its product range.
Gilles Devès, the son of one of the company's founders, is Chairman and CEO. His vision for the family business is to maintain, develop and modernise this expertise, the fruit of close collaboration between our partners, our customers and our teams in the field and in our workshops.
1965 : Creation of the company.
1980 : Extension of the sales network to the whole of France.
1990 : Creation of the aluminium range.

2010 : Expansion and modernisation of the manufacturing plant in Chomérac.

We offer a range of aluminium, portable or steel formwork (all-steel formwork or steel frame with wooden skin), as well as accessories on request, and all-inclusive, ready-to-use packs.
